Connection begins within
Supporting you to connect with yourself, your sexuality & your relationships
A Practice Built on Connection
Kesher (קשר) is a Hebrew word meaning connection, relationship or bond — and connection sits at the heart of both my personal journey and my work as a therapist.
My path to this work began with my own experience of rediscovering parts of myself that had become buried beneath religious conditioning, difficult early experiences with sex and intimacy, and the complexities of a long-term relationship in which I had gradually lost connection with myself.
What began as a journey of sexual and sensual self-discovery gradually became something much deeper ... a journey towards understanding myself, reclaiming my identity and learning what it means to feel genuinely connected ... to myself, my body, my sensuality and the people I choose to share my life with.
That journey eventually led me back to university, where I completed a Master of Science in Medicine (Sexual & Reproductive Health – Psychosexual Therapy). Living in the Middle East and continuing my training in Israel and London also introduced me to holistic and neo-Tantric approaches to intimacy, embodiment and human connection.
Over time, my professional work has evolved too.
Today, my practice brings together sexology, psychosexual therapy, relationship work and counselling. I draw on evidence-based therapeutic approaches alongside a holistic understanding of the emotional, relational, physical and sexual dimensions of being human. Rather than viewing sexuality, relationships or emotional wellbeing in isolation, I recognise how deeply interconnected they can be.
I work primarily with women, as well as individuals and couples, across concerns including sexual health and wellbeing, desire and intimacy, relationship difficulties, communication, identity, life transitions, self-understanding and reconnection with the body and self.
My approach is warm, curious and integrative. There is no single therapeutic model that fits every person, so our work together is shaped around you, your experiences, your relationships, your values and what you hope to change, understand or reconnect with.
Because ultimately, Kesher is about connection.
Connection with yourself.
Connection with your body.
Connection with your sexuality.
Connection with each other.
Wherever you are beginning, we begin with connection.

“In some way one could say sex isn’t something you do. Sex is a place you go. It’s a space you enter inside yourself and with another, or others.”
