Your Path to Connnection

At Kesher Therapy, connection is at the heart of the work.

Whether you are seeking support with your emotional wellbeing, navigating challenges within a relationship, exploring your sexuality, or wanting to reconnect with yourself and your body, therapy begins with understanding you ... your experiences, your needs and what you hope to change.

My approach is client-centred, integrative and holistic, recognising that our emotional wellbeing, relationships, sexuality, identity and experiences within our bodies are often deeply interconnected.

Kesher brings together counselling, relationship therapy, sexology and psychosexual therapy, alongside holistic and embodied approaches where appropriate. Rather than applying one therapeutic model to every person, our work together is shaped around you.

Wherever you are beginning, we begin with connection.

Psychosexual Therapy

Rediscover Connection, Pleasure & Intimacy

Psychosexual therapy is a specialised form of talk therapy that supports individuals and couples experiencing concerns related to sexuality, sexual health and intimacy.

Sexual concerns rarely exist in isolation. Desire, arousal, pleasure and intimacy can be influenced by our relationships, physical and emotional health, life experiences, beliefs about sexuality, body image, stress, menopause and other life transitions. Psychosexual therapy provides a safe and non-judgemental space to explore these experiences and understand what may be contributing to the difficulties you are experiencing.

I work with individuals and couples across a range of concerns, including changes in sexual desire, painful sex, arousal and orgasm difficulties, sexual confidence, menopause-related sexual changes, intimacy and connection, differences in desire between partners, communication around sex, and reconnecting with pleasure and the body.

My approach is warm, holistic, client-centred and sex-positive. Therapy is tailored to you and may draw upon counselling and psychosexual therapeutic approaches, sexual health education, relationship work and, where appropriate, embodied practices.

I hold a Master of Science in Medicine (Sexual & Reproductive Health – Psychosexual Therapy) from the University of Sydney and work as a sexologist, psychosexual therapist and sexual health educator.

My particular area of interest is women's sexual health and wellbeing, supporting women to better understand their sexuality, reconnect with their bodies, explore desire and pleasure, and develop a sexual life that feels authentic and fulfilling to them.

Sexual wellbeing isn't simply about sexual function. It's about connection — with your body, your sexuality, yourself and, when relevant, your partner.

Neo-Tantra & Embodiment

Reconnect to your authentic self

Tantra is about far more than sex. At its heart, it invites us to slow down, become more present and develop a deeper awareness of ourselves, our bodies and the ways we experience connection, intimacy and pleasure.

Neo-Tantric practice can incorporate breath, meditation, movement, mindful awareness, touch and embodied exploration. These practices offer an opportunity to step away from performance and expectation and instead become curious about what you notice, feel and experience within your body.

For some people, this work is about reconnecting with sensuality or pleasure. For others, it may be about becoming more comfortable in their body, exploring intimacy, developing greater awareness of boundaries and desires, or simply creating space to slow down and reconnect with themselves.

Where touch forms part of an in-person session, it is approached mindfully and consensually, with clear discussion of boundaries and ongoing consent. Depending upon the service and what has been agreed beforehand, touch may be non-sexual or may form part of a specifically identified neo-Tantric bodywork practice.

My own exploration of neo-Tantra began in Israel, where I trained with Avishag Haya Caspi, one of the early teachers within Israel's contemporary Tantra community. I later completed practitioner training with the Academy of Modern Tantra in London.

My approach brings together guided meditation, breathwork, movement, embodied awareness, experiential practices and sensate-focus-inspired exercises. Where appropriate, these practices may complement my broader work in sexuality, intimacy and relationships.

Above all, this work is an invitation to become curious about your experience rather than trying to achieve a particular outcome.

Slow down. Feel. Notice. Reconnect.
